When you find a job you are interested in, click on that job title to view a longer description and application instructions.
When you apply for a job, the iGlobal team will review your application and connect you directly with the hiring manager of the position you are applying for.
You can click the "Forgot Password?" link inside the login form to access the reset password form. You can easily reset your password with either the username or email you have registered with. If you forgot both of them, please try registering again, or contact us via hello@iglobaltalent.com

Only one account is allowed per person on the iGlobal Talent platform.
On average, you will hear back from the recruiter for a job you are a good match for within 5-7 working days.

For Candidates

There is no way to hide your profile from a particular person or employer; however, you can choose the level of information you would like to share by selecting the settings that best meet your needs. Please note that this setting will apply to all potential employers. We recommend approaching your iGlobal Talent profile like an online one showcasing your skills and qualifications even when you're not actively looking for a new role.
Please send us an email to hello@iglobaltalent.com and let us know what is going on. Be sure to include as much information about the issue as possible, including your operating system, web browser and version, anti-virus software you have installed, and the page on which you encountered the error.
Organic listings are ranked solely by relevance or date, according to iGlobal's proprietary algorithm. These are the latest jobs related to your search query and will naturally fall back in search results as new roles are added.
To quickly find work-at-home jobs on iGlobal, you can enter "Remote," Work from home," Home-based," or "Work at home" in the Where field on the iGlobal search. You can leave the Industry field blank to see all remote jobs or narrow it down with a keyword, job title, or company name.
iGlobal Talent does not allow users to withdraw or alter applications already submitted. Because of this, it's essential to review your application and fix any errors before submitting it to the employer.
Some job postings on iGlobal allow you to withdraw your application by clicking the withdraw link in an email sent to you by the employer. It is not currently possible to edit your application or reapply for a job on iGlobal.
Using iGlobal is just like using a general search engine such as Google; our search is a keyword search. This means that when you type your search words without quotation marks around the phrase, the search will return job listings containing all those words in either the job title or description. Adding quotation marks around your phrase will only result in finding the complete term.
When you sign up on iGlobal, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your account. Check the inbox of the email address you used to register. The account confirmation email includes a Confirm Your Email Address link. Click this link to confirm your account. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, check your Bulk, Spam, or Deleted Email folders to see if the email was directed there. Please also include hello@iglobaltalent.com as a safe sender for any spam-blocking software. If you still cannot find your account confirmation email or have difficulty confirming your account, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at hello@iglobaltalent.com
  1. Log in, go to your profile's settings page, and click "Change Email." After you've changed your email address, iGlobal will send a confirmation email to the new address you entered. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. 
  2. Click the confirmation link within that email to finalize the change. iGlobal will begin sending notifications to the new email address.
You can close your account by logging in, going to the settings page, and clicking the "Close My Account" link. You will see a confirmation window. If you are certain that you would like to proceed, click OK. Please note that this is an irreversible action and cannot be undone. Instead of closing your account, you have the option to pause your account. You can also set your profile to private so that your profile and/or jobs are not searchable on the platform. If you wish to use iGlobal Talent again after closing your account, you can create a new account using the same or any other email address; however, you will not have access to any of your original information. If you do not see the option to close your account, submit a request to our support team for further assistance or get in touch with our support team at hello@iglobaltalent.com

For Employers

Your ads will be live for 60 days. However, you can remove your ad before then by clicking the "Remove Job" button on the job details page. If you need your job ads to be live for longer periods of time, please email us at hello@iglobaltalent.com
Email alerts are switched on by default when you upload a job to the iGlobal Talent platform; you will receive an email each time a candidate applies for one of your jobs.
