    Executive Secretary General of the Arab Society of Thoracic Surgery (Arab STS), an organization that provides logistic support and the development of the Thoracic Surgery services in 23 Arabic countries through education , training and regulating the practice of thoracic surgery in the entire Arabic region. It also serves the establishing and development of all lines of thoracic surgery including image Assisted Thoracic surgery and Lung Transplantation surgery in all Arab countries. Arab STS strictly implements the internationally recognized standards and guidelines of thoracic surgery. Arab STS is to regulate and offer the Arab Board of Thoracic Surgery with other similar advanced exams that would be required for thoracic surgery practice in the Arab region
