More than 12 years of project management experience, including interface with clients and contractors, with a deep analytical capacity to develop project scopes, set up specifications, budget planning, procurement, and sourcing, assisting master schedules, cost control, develop and lead site contractors, update data base and prepare written reports. Specialized in developing and overseeing the design, construction, and commissioning of civil facilities, primarily focused on mining and mine waste projects such as tailing storage facilities, water systems, tailing dawn, heap leach, stormwater control infrastructure, waste rock management structures. Capable of generating the confidence necessary to create a continuous and fruitful dialogue between all functional project areas in the field and supervising authorities, generating the required trust and confidence to make the real time decisions in a timely manner.
