About Me

I love the intersection where healthcare, technology, accessibility and quality collides. Right after getting my license to practice pharmacy, I have been working in Healthcare start-ups/SMEs. I love it. I have managed roles ranging from product management, customer success, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs and business development. I have done the “dirty” ground work myself to leading a multi-departmental team of ten in a 80-men company.

I did my undergraduate honours degree in NUS Pharmacy under ASEAN scholarship. Realised I love business and took an online MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology for free. Then realised further that I want to know more and enrolled myself in NUS MBA part time degree. Got a grant from NUS for that.

I try to cultivate a growth mindset. I have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, some CITI certification ranging from Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPS and RCR, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and a Pharmacogenomics certificate from ASHP. Additionally, I still keep my Singapore Pharmacist license active.

I am trying to write more in fadhliadesta.medium.com. Come read my posts and tell me what you think.
