Graduated 1990-1994 Bachelor Dental Surgery established successful Dental Clinic in Western Sydney 1995-1999 Purchased established Dental Clinic in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney; introducing organic growth initiatives which served to double the turn over within 12 months; sold in 1999 1999-2002 Purchased established dental Clinic in CBD of Sydney Managed and grew the surgery into a multi-million dollar operation by introducing after-hours emergency catering to the surrounding hospitals; hotels; modelling agencies and corporate clientele. 2002 Recruited by Primary Healthcare -Publicly listed Health Service provider as Director of Dental services and established their Dental operations.

In 2007, I co-founded the largest dental services provider in Australia and New Zealand. Within 18 months, becoming the fastest growing unlisted public company in Australia with revenues more than $100M. In 2013, it was purchased by BUPA Health Care for $500 million to become the largest provider of Dental services in the world.

DentalCorp Australia with its partners launched a successful Dental Services Organization in Canada called dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. After Dr. Khouri’s involvement ended in 2014, dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. was subsequently sold to the private equity firm L Catterton for $1.6 billion in 2019 and today is listed on Canada’s stock exchange (DNTL.TO)
