    • Perform preventive maintenance • Perform undercarriage repairs by changing worn out down rollers, idlers, tracks griddles, boogies and telescopic repairs, installation of tracks, track segments, cutting edges • Inspect and perform routine check-ups of key components of machines including engine, differential, steering, transmission, suspension, and brakes for its proper operation. • Troubleshooting and repair of Caterpillar Machines • Remove and install major machine component such as engines, transmissions, and other components • Test and calibrate machines and components to ensure they work according to specification • Undertake machine and component disassembly and assembly • Complete proper paperwork such as service reports, job safety analysis, take fives and job records as assigned • Perform troubleshooting and repairs of caterpillar machines

  • Ghana Railway Company (2016 - 2018 ) Mechanic (Internship)

    • Perform preventive maintenance on trains and also carry daily inspection checklist. • Remove, service and install train traction motors • Diagnosing of faults, carrying out repairs and replacing of defective parts • Carry out maintenance on train injectors • Perform inspection and repairs on pillar drilling machine • Ensure workshop and workbenches are clean and tidy
