About Me

Bioinformatician specialized on cancer research. Highly experienced in large-scale genomics and transcriptomics data analysis. Passionate in problem solving by using computational tools. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate results timely.

Past experience and demonstrated skills on transcriptome analysis of cancer RNA-Seq datasets, and development of an online platform for automated NGS data analysis and sharing: CSI NGS Portal

Recent work as a bioinformatics engineer on workflow building, containerization and cloud deployment of bioinformatics pipelines.

Currently working on biomarker discovery from liquid biopsy for early detection of cancer in R&D environment.
