* Reporting on various tasks performed on site to the workshop foreman
* Ensuring that machines are maintained at high standard
* Provide technical support to the workshop foreman
* Advising workshop foreman and maintenance manager on the cost effective repairing methods.
* Ensuring availability of labor on site.
* Carrying out maintenance,services and repair work on all machines.
* Carrying out component change out on all machines.

Responsibilities

-Monitor performance against plan and lead the team to Identify risks to delivering the departmental plan.
-Contribute to the creation and implement plan that optimist availability and reliability of mining equipments.
-Leads by example and protectively demonstrate debswana safety value, manage health,safety and environment issues and contribute to building a safer working environment.
-Support the development and on going management of reliable maintenance and engineering plan.
-Identify areas for improvement and create action plans to ensure excellence in maintenance and engineering

Education

  • Associate's Degree, Diploma in Diesel Mechanics and Truck Maintenance (2013 - 2015) Pennfoster International College

  • National Craft Certicate, Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician (2009 - 2012) Botswana College of Engineering and Technology

    Grade: National Craft Certificate
