About Me

A bilingual HR specialist with extensive years of International experience in Human Resources Management. Currently pursuing an MSc in Human Resources Management and Training and level 7 CIPD qualification, my last role was as a Digital Learning Coordinator focused on creating eLearning content to upskill and reskill employees as a career path strategy to close the identified skills gaps to enable employees to remain competitive in the changing world of work.

With expert experience as an HR Generalist, my expertise includes Global Mobility, end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding, Data Reporting and Analysis, Conflict Management and Resolution, HRIS Implementation and Management, Stakeholder Management, Policy Development, and Implementation.

As a subject matter expert, I focus on operations efficiency; therefore, I am very organized with high-level attention to detail. I enjoy providing solutions to problems through critical analysis of the root cause. I will be described as a resourceful person with a positive can-do attitude. I strive to balance employee interest with the company’s values by applying policies consistently and fairly. I leverage my solid interpersonal communication skills to develop and manage professional relationships with management to attain critical corporate objectives. I possess a strong background in delivering critical support in designing and implementing HR strategies to achieve desired business results.

I obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Behavior from Harvard University, Extension School Division. This learning process equipped me with knowledge and skills to better understand individual behavior in the workplace and how it relates to elements of an organization, such as structure, technology, power & politics, and social systems.

I am seeking opportunities that will allow me to continue to grow from a technical standpoint and use the skills I’ve honed to get involved in a collaborative, team-focused culture for the organization’s growth.
