About Me
Passionate about the social impact space – the possibilities and transformation that this sector brings. With 25+ years of consulting and business transformation experience in the corporate sector, I have spent the last seven years in leadership role with initiatives and solutions that lie at the intersection of technology and complex social sector challenges. Am a keen student about building high performance organizations and teams by harnessing the potential of people. Have worked on large scale programs with governments and multi-lateral organizations and donors to improve learning outcomes for primary education in India and Africa. Currently involved with setting up of the Platform Practice and helping program partners set up institutional mechanisms to scale community-led participatory approaches for improved outcomes on environmental sustainability and livelihoods.
