Full time professional providing administrative and marketing support of SAI’s academic relations functions for the purposes of enrollment growth and relationship building. Works independently from a remote office, located in the southeastern US. Student recruitment and outreach ● AttendS fall and spring study abroad fairs ● Visits campuses and host virtual meetings for relationship building including: ○ Info tables/sessions, advising meetings, Alumni events, Pre-Departure Orientations that supplement SAI Admissions and Onsite Orientations, Class Presentations ● Handles follow ups to selected student inquiries after fairs or presentations • Works closely with the team to build relationships with home schools (affiliate, non-affiliate) such as: o Scheduling meetings directly with department chairs, faculty, study abroad offices and academic advisors o Scheduling meetings with study abroad offices and academic advisors o Researching academic programs and work with academic advisors to identify different majors/minors that are good fits for study abroad o Conducts informational and pre-departure sessions on campus • Communicates with home schools to enhance student recruitment • Assists on various programs and services, i.e. SAI Ambassador Program, Beautiful AI presentation • Participates in strategy meetings on outreach, marketing, social media and student services Online support ● Assists the team on ongoing projects, such as encouraging affiliates to link directly to SAI’s webpage, especially from study abroad and departmental pages • Prepares reports, as assigned Administrative ● Assists the Academic Relations team with real time support/ follow up ● Familiar with all aspects of SAI Programs and Services for students and faculty ● Familiar with Google W and Workspace, Excel ● Hub Spot proficiency level: advanced ● Cultivates faculty led program inquiries ● Reports to Vice President, Academic Affairs
