• Lead M&E engineer for a mixed development consist of hotel, office, mall, and service apartments. • Dealt with Chairman, CEO and Directors of public listed companies on a weekly basis. • Engaged in technical discussions and monthly meetings with Marriott’s GDAP, FLS, MEP and GS&S. • Attended and handled weekly CCMs, SMs & TCMs independently. • Designed Performance Based Design (PBA) for Mall, and attended all BOMBA Putrajaya meetings. • Obtained MSC Status for office tower. • Obtained GreenRE Platinum for service apartment and Gold for commercial mixed development. • Applied for Private Distribution License (PDL) with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and TNB for the client. • Obtained authority approval e.g. TNB PPU, BOMBA, telco and etc. • Gained in-depth knowledge on Strata requirements which affects M&E designs. • Learned new security concept and requirement for mixed development.

Mechanical Design Experience •Designed mechanical building services for a 3.28 Hectare of mixed-development in Medini, Johor which consist of a 4 star hotel, grade A office Tower, 2 Sofo Towers, mall, and an indoor sci-fi theme park. •Analysed the heat load of a building using Carrier’s E20. •Designed fire protection and plumbing systems •Completed Silver design assessment for Non-Residential New Construction (NRNC) and submitted to Green Building Index (GBI). •Reviewed sub-contractor’s shop drawing submission, material submission, request for information forms (RFI), and variation order. •Reported engineering design to chief mechanical design engineer and director. •Monitored and guided junior engineers, and drafters on mechanical design. •Attended weekly coordination meetings with architect, civil & structure engineer, and interior designer. Project Management • Managed Melawati Mall which have a contract sum of 38 million for electrical and extra low voltage services. • Organized and prepared shop drawings, materials, method of statements, master work program, variation orders to consultant. • Applied value engineering in shop drawings and project execution plan. • Attended weekly nominated sub-contractor’s (NSC) meeting with client, consultant, and main contractor. • Reported all project activities to project manager and director on all site matters. • Monitored and guided sub-contractor’s progress work • Communicated with sub-contractor effectively to ensure that the quality of finish work is to BGMC standards, and clients/consultant’s expectations. Contract & Tender Experiences • Costed in all material and labour for medium voltage, Low voltage and extra low voltage tenders. • Organized and work on tenders simultaneously to ensure that all tender datelines are met. • Guided junior estimator on counting all the materials quantity. • Finalized tenders with project director on the cost of material, cost of labour and profit margin.
